Dorman began sharing health as a personal trainer in L.A. in 1997. Shortly after, his cycling coach incorporated yoga into his training program. Dorman made the commitment to change his life through cycling, but had no idea his yoga practice would be a life changing experience.
In Saskatoon, Dorman combines training, yoga and meditation into all areas of life, including raising two young children. He applies to his own life what he teaches, that in order to have a healthy, strong body, we must also practice breath awareness, integrating our training and practice into each moment.
